To guarantee your booking, a pre-authorization on your credit card will be placed on your card. 2. Cancellation and Modification Policy: a. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. b. Cancellations or modifications made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the service. c. Cancellations or modifications must be made online via our booking platform. 4. Punctuality and No-Show: a. We kindly ask you to arrive at the exact time of your appointment to ensure optimal service. b. In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, or a no-show, the appointment will be canceled and a charge equivalent to the full cost of the service will be applied. 5. Liability: a.
